All prices are indicative guide prices and may change after inspection. Paint, specialist materials, scaffolding, parking, waste disposal and VAT, where applicable, are not included unless specifically stated in the written quotation.

The final cost depends on surface condition, property size, access, ceiling height, preparation requirements, paint specification, number of coats, furniture movement and the agreed scope of work.

Problems caused by active leaks, structural movement, persistent dampness or major substrate failure are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
